A. Your solicitor will release your money as soon as the transaction is complete
Q. Do I have to accept your offer straight away?
A. No, you are under no obligation to accept our offer and you will not get any hard sell from any of our associates. The decision is totally yours and one that you have to be happy with in order to proceed.
Q. Will I need a solicitor?
A. We recommend you have a solicitor to complete the legal formalities. If you do not have one we will be happy to recommend one and we will pay your legal fees up to £500
Q. Do I have to move out?
A. No, you will be offered the opportunity to stay on as a tenant at an agreed rent for as long as you wish. You will also be offered the opportunity to buy back the property at a later date should you wish to do so.
Q. Will anybody know about the sale?
A. The sale will be completely confidential, we do not put up boards or discuss individual sales with others.
Q. Repossession proceedings have been issued on my home can these be stopped?
A. Yes, in most instances the lawyers will speak to the mortgage lenders and arrange for any loans to be repaid and proceedings halted. The sooner you contact us the more likely we are to be able to stop the repossession taking place.
Q. My Property is on the market with an Estate Agent, will they mind if I sell to you?
A. They will not be happy at loosing their commission but you are the most important person in this transaction. However we do advise that you read your estate agents agreement and give the correct notice.
